Our Story
Raising two gorgeous little girls and being total digital nerds, we felt like it was our destiny to build an APP that was not only friendly, helpful and relatable but also way cheaper than the ones out there and without asking you to sign up, login and hand over all your details! We don’t need your data, we just need you to enjoy your experience, and come out the other end with a smile on your face and a baby (or two or three….heck even four).

Nineish Months started with a simple, uncomfortable question:
Why do pregnancy apps need so much of our personal data?
Most pregnancy trackers today operate on a "data-first" business model. They require accounts, email addresses, and cloud syncing - all so they can build a profile of your health habits. we believe that your pregnancy journey is a deeply personal experience, not a product to be packaged and sold to advertisers.
We built Nineish Months to be the "quiet alternative" - a beautiful, friendly, and completely secure space where you can focus on your baby’s growth without leaving a digital footprint.
My Privacy Manifesto
We believe that health privacy is a human right. In a world where personal information is constantly being mined, we wanted to create a safe haven. Our commitment to you is simple:
Your data is your own. We don’t want your email address, your location, or your health logs.
Transparency over profit. We are independent developers www.hellokiwi.co , not a data-driven corporation. This allows us to prioritise your privacy over "engagement metrics."
Privacy by Design. Security wasn't added to this app as an afterthought; the app was built from the ground up to be physically incapable of collecting your data.
How it Works: Technical Transparency
You might wonder: How can an app be "secure" if there are no servers?
Most apps send your information to a central database (the cloud). Nineish Months uses Local-Only Storage. This means all the notes you write, the symptoms you log, and the milestones you hit stay on your iPhone’s encrypted internal memory.
No Central Database: Since we don’t have a server, there is no central "target" for hackers to attack.
No Third-Party Tracking: we don't use "social media SDKs" or analytics tools that "phone home" to big tech companies with your usage habits.
Apple Hardware Security: By keeping your data on your device, you are protected by the world-class security already built into your iPhone.

Nineish Months is a solo, independent project. we are developers who value beuatiful, user friendly design and digital ethics. Our goal isn't to build the most "famous" pregnancy app, but to build the most trusted one.
When you use Nineish Months, you aren't just another user in a database. You are supporting a model of the internet that respects boundaries, values simplicity, and protects the sanctity of the family journey.
The Nineish Months "Zero" Guarantee
To keep things simple, we run the app on a "Triple-Zero" policy:
Zero Accounts: You’ll never be asked to create a login or share an email.
Zero Tracking: No advertising IDs, no trackers, and no selling of data.
Zero Servers: we have no access to your data, and we like it that way.
